1.         Attempt any four parts of the following :

(a)      Difference between pshchology, sociology and Anthropology.

(b)      What are the causes and consequences of industrialization?

(c)       Elaborate the highlights of industrial policy statement 1973.

(d)      What is grievance?

(e)      Describe in brief Navratana companies of India.

(f)        Differentiate between bi-partite and tri-partite agreement in industrial relation.

2.       Attempt any two parts of the following  :

(a)    Define Industrialization and list the characteristics of industrialization.

(b)    Explain   the Federal or Manorial system.

(c)    Give the characteristics of guild system. Also explain the reasons for decline of guild system.

3.      Attempt any two parts of the following :

(a)    Explain the role of states to promote and develop the small scale industries.

(b)    Explain the major provisions of industrial policy resolution 1991 in details.

 (c)   Indian government’s industrial policy has been initially protecting, promoting and           then developing. Are you agreeing with this? Discuss.

4.      Attempt any two parts of the following :

(a)    Explain the grievance handling procedure.

(b)    Describe the conciliation, arbitration and adjudication process in industrial relation.

(c)    State the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946.
